If you are part of our Board of Directors and Pastoral Commission, it is important for you to know that the time is near to make arrangements for our annual meeting. Please take a moment to read this, which contains important information on transportation, meals, lodging and expenses.
The Hispanic Board meeting will be during the first week of December 2018 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Starting on Thursday, 6 to 5:00 pm
Concluding on Saturday 8 at 1:00 p.m. (PASTORAL COMMISSION ONLY MEETS ON SATURDAY)

When making your travel arrangements is important to pay attention to the following information:
Arrangements to get to INDIANAPOLIS (IND):
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE - must arrange to arrive on Thursday, December 6 before 2PM for EC meeting at 3pm.
All other Board members and representatives of the Conventions - should arrange to arrive on Thursday, December 6 at 5pm, meeting will start at 6pm. (Communicate with our office to verify the names of the members)
Pastoral Commission and Special Guests - Meeting will be on Saturday, December 8th beginning at 8am

NOTE TO ALL MODERATORS (AS) CONVENTIONS:
The report of each Convention to the Board must be in writing and received in the office (CPOHM) before 15 November 2018 The report should answer six areas requested in the OFFICIAL FORM with the following information:
Name of the Convention and the report date
Information for all members of the Board of the Convention
Preliminary Information on the next asembly of the convention, including date, day, place, subject and resource
Important Facts: Seminarians students, new ordenations, new congregations, including the name of the pastor and the church
The planning of any events and activities, including the date, subject, purpose and the use
Any challenges and / or difficulties that the Convention is facing
Member of the Board of Directors and the Pastoral Commission:
CPOHM will reimburse travel expenses and will pay for hotel and meals expenses
NOVEMBER 1, 2018 is the deadline for you to submit your travel expense receipt (ticket purchase), so we can process your refund on time. This way you will receive your refund when you arrive at the meeting. If you submit your expense after that date: (1) Your refund will be processed after the meeting, and (2) CPOHM will not be responsible to repay the total amount of your expenses.
Moderators and Representative of the Convention:
The Convention is who covers travel expenses - OPCHM cover hotel and food expenses
HOTEL: WYNDHAM BY WINGATE- INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT -
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CALL THE HOTEL TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION, the office already made hotel reservations for you. Reservations are in a double room, SHARED. If you do not want to share a room, let us know by 1 Otubre; and you are responsible for half the cost of the room upon check-out. After this date, hotel availability or the negotiated rate is guaranteed.
Check-In @ 4:00 pm | If you need an early check in, you must let us know BEFORE NOVEMBER 20 and your request will be possible depending on hotel availability
Check-Out: Saturday, December 8 @ 11:00 am
If you want to stay longer in the Indianapolis area, you must make your own arrangements.
